Physical prints are produced on Fuji Matt paper (slight sheen, satin finish, 231gsm), carefully chosen to enhance depth, tonal range, and fine detail. If you require a size not listed or would like a framed print (black, white, or timber frame), please get in touch to arrange a custom order.

 

Digital prints are delivered as high-resolution files suitable for personal printing. Digital files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as all our prints are made to order and customized specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. 

 

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
